How to Heal in Mass Effect: Andromeda
If you want to survive the harsh alien environments of Mass Effect: Andromeda, you’ll need to know how to heal yourself! Read on for our tips on how to heal in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
First, you should understand your health bar and shield bar. The shield bar is blue, and recovers if you stop taking damage. If your entire shield is depleted, you will lose health from the red bar.
If your blue shield bar is empty, try taking cover so that it can regenerate.
Your health bar is a different story. To heal yourself, you’ll need to find a health pack. These are scarce, but you can see them on the map as a red circle within a red square. You’ll most often find health packs near ammo packs.
The best way to keep yourself healed in Andromeda is to keep your shield charged at all times. Try not to take too much damage in one burst, and you should be fine.
